Worst case I ever saw was up in Vancouver BC about 5 years ago. Picked up a super cute young 18 year old girl. Had no marks at all on her face, but had blue jeans on and a long sleeve shirt. Took her to my hotel, she goes into the bathroom to "freshen up". She is in there an hour, kept asking her if she was OK, she would just say "yes, almost ready".

She comes out buck naked, and had bloody sores all over, blood running from a lot of them. There was hardly a clean area of skin, sores all over everywhere. She simply said, "I do drugs, and have a picking problem". I thought no shit, Sherlock. Gave her the donation and had her get dressed. Dropped her off, went to the store and bought bleach and hydrogen peroxide. The bathroom looked like I killed someone in there, blood everywhere, towels bloody. Took me a couple hours to clean it up, threw the towels in the tub with bleach and soaked them. There were two syringes in the trash, packed those up and put them in a dumpster.

Been to Vancouver several times since, never picked anyone off the street again.

Lived most of his life in a home. He burned out his brain. Looked 50 at 30, passed before he reached 50. I showed all my kids photo's of him. This is what drugs do.
