You're not alone. I've noticed the same decline with the ladies that have been visiting since COVID started. Yes I use to do the same, dress sharp but inconspicuous and treate the lady like one. That act use to get me some wild sessions and ladies would tell me not to worry about the extras. Now, forget about it. It doesn't do anything to these cold bitches.
Mind that some of these ladies have been visiting on and off for years and were either always so so or have now nose dived service wise. While others are fresh faces to us but still the service has been sub par compared to years past. People had been complaining a good 2 or 3 years before COVID that the Hungarians weren't as good as they use to be. I never noticed until COVID though.
Sometimes I thinks it's that European ego. Like there are things or news happening back home, that we wouldn't know about, but that could be effecting their collective consciousness about being here. When they get here to work, instead of being happy and eager to please their moods are sour and they resent having to be here to do this. Use to be the exact opposite most were extatic just to be in NYC for a time and make great money in the process that they could send home.
Also they aren't nearly as hot as they use to be, so that combined with the decline in service just makes them an overall less attractive option given all the AMPs.
