This conversation probably should be in general thread, anyway
Had a Cialis coupon, specific to Kroger.
They did NOT honor it and had a much higher price in their store system.
I qualified it with "pretty much all", and "pricing varies". Just dowloaded the app and the Kroger near me has generic cialis (5 mg, qty 30) for $12.09.
Below is the verbiage from the app:
"Present this coupon card to the pharmacist when filling or refilling your prescription. Once you use a coupon card, it will remain on file at your pharmacy and can be used for any medication you fill or refill there.
Some pharmacies may not be aware that they are contractually obligated to honor GoodRx coupon cards. Start by calling the phone number on the coupon card, and if that doesn't resolve the problem, contact us at*info@goodrx.com.
This coupon at*Kroger Pharmacy*can be used by any member of your family and will work at other pharmacies, though your price may vary.
This is not insurance. Cannot be used in conjunction with Medicare or Medicaid. ".
Unfortunately it appears that the tech that you encountered was not following the contract.
