1: Reject online dating. I do volunteer work with animals and I've lost count of the opportunities that's given me with women.
You have to be realistic and recreate yourself so that when an attractive women sees you they go "Yeah he's a 6 BUT he's well dressed, clearly takes care of himself, he's financially secure, he's funny, he's outgoing, he does volunteer work, he's well travelled" etc. Understand that if a woman is saying this in her head she's giving herself the ok to date you / fuck you even if she's waaaaay better looking that you are. I know this seems cold or calculated but that's reality.
Forget women for two years. Reassess. Work out, improve your career, become a person you would want to hang out with and your dating life will improve. The bonus thing is even if you somehow don't get better at dating, you've created a life worth living for yourself, one where you have money, health and purpose.
