Or if you have Imessage synced across multiple devices that might be in other people's possession (like a significant other with an iPad or something. Other than that, it's probably actually safer since Imessage is encrypted.

Texts between an iPhone and Android are green. It sounds as if she has an iPhone, and all of your texts to her are green.
