Post-shutdown, I visited and boinked an older lady there sans cover. The whole encounter was rather frustrating and would not repeat with her. Have no clue what the offerings are now, so it's best for mongers to pay a visit and post updates.

Just treat them the same as others, polite, cordial when not interested in them, if they are my masseuse to tip according to service.
Have helped a few with tasks such as hang a light, move furniture and such. Will however sometimes bring extras for the shop during a holiday gifting or bringing a meal to a particular.
Being on good terms with boss helps sometimes with new girls, were they are more open due to advised from boss that one is a good customer. At CAMPs, the girl will fuck of her own choosing (or not). Tipping the boss to get a girl to fuck would backfire as it would a) let the boss know you intend to fuck the girl, and b) let the boss know that that particular girl is open to FS, which is highly discouraged at CAMPs and "most" times will get the girl fired. At KAMPs, the girl is already going to fuck so tipping the mamasan would be a waste of money. As you stated, bringing an occasional house gift for the mamasan and girls will solidify your "nice guy" standing, but that's about it.
