Had a good provider friend who was on the spectrum in a previous life fall victim to the exact same condition. The combo of going off one's antipsychotic meds, smoking crack, whose side effects are usually paranoia along with some self medicating can be a real devastating combo. I've seen first hand that can lead to the mental patient personality. Not saying LL is on any prescription antipsychotic meds, smoking crack or self medicating as there could be many other reasons why, just relaying one of my past experiences with a on the spectrum provider. Wish her the best and hopefully she gets some help or one of the local brothers pull on their Captain shorts and helps her.
