There were American, Asian, and Eastern European MP's in and around Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Silver Spring and Wheaton. There were also some independent providers. Then some do-gooder reporter did a story on one of the local TV stations around 20 years ago about the Montgomery County scene. New legislation got passed and the MP's began shutting down. I've only seen two or three providers in Montgomery County over the last decade.

Made my second attempt at this place and was disappointed as much as the first time, which was also recent. Both times, the attendants were fairly young and stand-offish. Neither permitted touching and the massage today was essentially non-existent, consisting of repeatedly rubbing the same spot. I bailed on today's massage, which was supposed to be an hour, after less than 30 minutes. If there are more experienced attendants there, the outcome may be different. I didn't get the names of the technicians although I believe I heard someone call my attendant Julie.

That said, I have had some good legit massages there, but never from any young staff.

At least two of their old providers (including Lucy at Yin Yang in Vienna) left last year because they knew they could make a lot more money at the NOVA rub and' tugs.

Baltimore is less susceptible to this sexual Puritanism, it's more liberal.
