Sorry to hear that you left any unhappy customer. It seems as though Cheyenne and Morgana operate out of the same place, you would think you would receive a similar experience from both. I have not met Cheyenne, but I can tell you that at my encounter with Morgana there was no doubt and no games. We were on the same page as soon as I was in the door.
