What I find interesting is that it seems to be a monthly thing now. Looking at the CPD site, since last September there is one a month with the exception of November where there is 2. Before September there is nothing for an AMP for years. Obviously RL was hit as well last year but that was by County. So is this a new CPD trend?

No its the opposite. No bond = cashless. Under the SAFE-T Act they are released without any bond or cash required.

8-8-010 House of ILL Fame.
This law allows for licenses, bookkeeping records and all business related records to be seized phone / email. A lot of cities are applying these charges when they arrest people and build their cases. I just left SXL and was only offered a legit massage so don't see them staying in business operating as a legit business.
But look up this code if the spa and massage therapist are being charged with 8-8-010 it's a lot more serious than just the prostitution charge.
I also asked Kelly about rumor circling about Emily and she said that is between her and clients and they are sorting that out so not sure if true or false but she seemed surprised when I asked about the rumor.
