Said the women where the friendliest they ever met and that things where inexpensive. Haven't done my own research yet, so I take them at their word.
I have heard good things about Costa Rica, lots of ex-pats there, friendly towards gringos. A safe, clean, fun place to monger. I would stay away from Colombia. Another option is Aruba, one end of the island has a large redl light district, the other end is all famillies and casinos. Been there myself, very safe (as safe as any place can be) At minium everyone speaks english as a second language. Lots of tourists. You can see Columbia / Venezuela on clear days, lots of the ladies from there visit Aruba.

There's a hotel there that is out of this world. Won't go into detail but you wouldn't have to leave the hotel, just walk downstairs, pick your girl, pay the front desk a small fee and take the girl back to your room. (you must still pay the girl). Thaliand, Phillipeans, etc those are good places too. However a little more expensive getting there. The best place in my opinion is Dominican Republic. I have a close friend that goes twice a year. You get more bang for you buck there. I'm talking. 30 can get you a 10 on the looks scale. They will even spend the night with you for that amount. Plus, airfare is much cheaper.

But since you mentioned Aruba, I did some reading up. It seems very no-hassle. The only "difficult" part is the 25 minute drive from the north end hotel zone to the San Nicolas red light district on the south end. Mostly Colombian girls, take your pick, $40 / hh, anything you want, no problems. For bigger bucks there are escort services. Direct flights from CLT are a bonus. So is the less-humid climate compared to DR and CR. Though Aruba is't one of the cheap destinations, flight / hotel packages run about the same as DR and CR.

When I went to Aruba I had a free place to stay, so that left some money free. They are starting to enter their busy time of the year, lots of people from the north go down and stay from Nov? So this makes it more expensive. I found it a nice place to relax, renting a car and driving around is fine, its such a small place you can't really get lost. Like any place you visit, saftey first, maybe roll with a friend? The north part of the island is "rougher" than the southern part.
So what about those resorts specifically for our mongering purposes like DRnights? Are those legit? I've considered taking he plunge for quite some time but I'm affraid I'm going to give my credit card number to a scam.

I didn't find driving down to San Nicholas being that big of a deal. The whole island is relatively small. They are doing road work along the road airport now which combine with 5 pm traffic can be a hassle. But after 7 pm or so, no issues. The Red Light district in Aruba isn't that big. I would say there are around 10 or so bars (really tiny) that have girls working them. Each bar typically have around 3-4 girls doing 3 months stints. If you can speak spanish you are at advantage since most Columbian girls don't speak any english. I have locals tell me the girls charge 30 / hh but my past two visits the price was 50 / hh. I usually don't haggle since the girls I get are smoking hot. You can negotiate menu options once you get back to their rooms, I tend to do because I usually ask for BBBJ service. They will generally tack on a 20 for that. All of the girls I met are extremely hygienic, expect a hand washed prior to any activities. Overall, I would say on average on the trips I've been, I typically see 3-5 girls I would rate a 8 or above (a 10 being a Sofia Vergara) to give you an idea what kind of talent they have. Oh and 1 more thing, expect to pay a room fee like 7 bucks at night. If you go to San Nicholas during the day you don't worry about it However most of the girls are elsewhere during the day so pickings are slim.
