If you have ever been arrested before for the same charge forget this defense. If you have a propensity to commit the crime, or have committed it in the past, the cops can set you up all they want. Period.

Glad you posted that link. I couldn't get to my computer by myself where I could post it yesterday. Some members know I have an injured foot, had it surgically repaired, placed in a cast and I'm banished to my recliner while it heals. Can't drive nor keep it down long, so therefore I have all day to search, research, and read other post across places I travel to before the foot injury. Its interesting to see what goes on outside of West TN.
There is very good information in the article you posted. These bust are everywhere and not just Memphis. No one is picking on Memphis. Pick a city, Little Rock, Atlanta, Charlotte, Tampa and even Hickory, NC and you can bet they been on the news or in the paper for this very thing. City size nor demographics does not seem to matter. There have been comments about listing of names in the paper or on the news cast. Go over to the Tampa board and look at the police reports listed. If arrested in Hillsboro county, every bit of your personal and employment info is listed on the report for the world to see. I'm surprised they can list home address, etc. Here is a news story of a bust in Charleston, SC within the last week or so. They hit SW, CL and Mongers in this bust. Interesting to listen to LEOs comments during the interview. As I suspected they know as much about this as any of us, chances are they know more. Doesn't look like or appear they will let up either. Everyone simply needs to be more careful, do a little home work and trust there own gut feelings. Here is the link if anyone cares to view.

I couldn't agree more.
Problem is I don't know if there are any cops that are willing to listen to what should be legal as they are throwing our good providers (and customers) into the slammer. Judges tend not to listen to quotes from George Carlin either.
Like I said, I couldn't agree with you more but reality says differantly and I'm afraid nothing will change anytime soon. We can love what we do and do what we love but reality says that LE can still screw it all up, unfortunately.
I'm doing a argumenative research paper as we speak on "Should victimless crimes such as prostitution and other sexual activity between consenting adults be free from government interference? " For school and I must say its the most interesting paper I have written all year! Although its mostly written about facts and my opinion in this paper barely matters due to the criteria, I'm learning all kinds of interesting facts!

Due to school , I do file and pay taxes every year ! Some of us use this occupation towards a future in the long run, Of course its great money and alot of fun but your not young forever and eventually (at least I) would love to settle down!!But until that time comes I LOVE what I do! And Ill try my best to be the BEST at what I do!

Several months ago I ran across a review of Kathy of Alabama while out on the road during my travels. After way too much search time and reading many positive reviews and talking to her several times, I determined she is real, very safe and enjoys what she does very much. I’ve not found one bad review on or about her and I have looked everywhere. I tried to make my travel schedule so I could visit with her either in Nashville or South Alabama. It just never worked out. Now that she is coming to Memphis, there is a 99. 9% chance I want get to visit with her this time either since I injured my foot, as I am not allowed to drive nor can I keep my foot down any length of time. That’s OK, I will get the chance one of these days.
Gentleman, IMHO this is one provider you might not want to miss the opportunity of being with. I know from our conversations Kathy will have discounts and specials that will make her visit special and affordable to all. Kathy has a full time job and does this on a part time basis as you can see from the postings in Nashville. If you have not talked to her you might want to either by phone or email. As I said I have not spent physical time with her but I have spent a lot of time on the phone with her and Kathy is one of the sweetest, caring and considerate people I have ever spoken to.

I didn"t realize you were in school. It just reaffirm what I have always said that not every girl that participates in the hobby or business(whatever you want to call it) is not a low life or dope fiend. There are ladies that have gone on to become very successful in their careers just like many of us. What is your major? I have always been interested in higher education for all men and women.
