A very well respected Sr member attempted to point you in the right direction and you call him pissy. My guess is, all SP's who are worth your time are now on alert to be wary of you. My guess also is, this is not an insurmountable problem for you but, things will be a bit tougher than they need to be. Slow down and use the head god gave you to think with along with your interpersonal skills.

Nobody here is interested in beating you or anyone else up. All of us are interested in trying to keep our community thriving so we all can find what we want. That becomes much more difficult if we don't insist on checks and balances to help us all CYA.

I followed sage advice of several SMs I reached out to; not with specific info on a SP; that would violate general principle of contribute first then ask, but instead general questions on known providers more receptive to first timer. BP it with known reviews here, or stick with one advertising on this page that posts responses to customer's review. In so doing, you at least minimize doubt as to your LEO status. My point is if you come out hoping to score a 60 yard (the bomb) on your first attempt, likely result is an incomplete pass. Chew up a little time and establish the run, it will soften up their defense, and allow you to shoot for the moon with a high value SP. That's what I did successfully. And still, I can't get my foot in the door with several current legends. Other piece of advice, change your F in name. It may be UCF land, but will always be Gator Country. FH69. And yes, Michele1 is better than advertised.

Didn't even know this part of the forum existed. As for everyone else, I get it, earn your keep. I literally just said that she wasn't having any of it. That's it. Crazy how that turned out to this. I don't travel here that often and is nearly impossible to get a reference from here. I've met a few ladies in Ocala and Gainesville, sure. I don't know if those references will be good enough for people here, but I "guess" I have some. Also, I'm not a frequent poster because, well, this isn't something I like to talk about freely, whether in anonymity or not. It hasn't stopped me before, but I'll never be a high count poster.

As far as insinuating my stories don't add up, with the Gainesville board being so active, there is a total of 16 posts since November, with only 5 of them coming in the last 2 weeks. The place is not a destination for talent where people can freely discuss what they're up to. Contrast that to here where there are dozens of posts throughout multiple forums daily, and you can see why it's a bit more difficult to "fit in" in a bigger city.

As for me, graduating and being out of a job after 1 fantastic year with the Denver Broncos has really been tough. Sure, working for ESPN and ABC is fun, but I want to run people over again. But seriously, once you're out of school it's harder meeting girls in that town.

You started this with a post stating you are frustrated because the said legendary, sometimes illusive, but definitely picky SP asked for references and you didn't offer any. You hoped she would change her mind. My suggestion to you was to offer her references. The same advice was offered by one or two other SM's. None of us were calling you out, just giving good sage advice. That seemed reasonable to us. So, no, that wasn't me calling you out. If you did check my posts you would see that I tend to be an equal opportunity dick and on the few occasions when I have called someone out there was no doubt about it. So, again, please accept my apology for somehow giving you the impression that what I was doing was anything but trying to be helpful. I believe we all benefit from good intel and good advice.

My good man C3 you always seem to bring humor. However IMHO the list of knuckleheads you have offered Tim Tebow might not be proper. There is no evidence as to him walking out of Publix with crabs or for that matter being abusive to a woman. To call him Jeff Driskel would be someone the young whippersnappers could relate to. However having been around central fl for more years than most, travel back to 1979. The Gators had a memorable season going WINLESS. About 5 quarterbacks played that year. I would say "Johnell Brown" might be a good name for this young man. Johnell had some impressive stats. 3 completions in 9 attempts for a grand total of 4 yards with 3 picks. Now that was talent.
