I think VPN is key and would definitely allow you to create a new account. I cannot confirm this as I've never been banned there, but I'm guessing they track people with a combination of IP address or email or cc information. So I'd use VPN, new email and a Visa gift card or some other anonymous payment method.

Unless the girls are bringing it up quickly, I never talk dollars on SA. Bring it up in text. Remember the admins there routinely scan all private messages.

I would have thought any time you have sex for money regardless of how the payment works it was prostitution but I'm not a lawyer.
