Scheduling with Thai providers

She texts back and says her "roommate" hasn't left yet sorry again so I'm standing there texting and asking do I need to wait again or what?.[/QUOTE]While there are always exceptions, I've generally found Thai providers to have much looser standards when it comes scheduling and their sense of time, priorities, etc. I just chalk it up to (mostly) cultural differences and the way I deal with it in a practical sense is to almost never schedule more than a few hours in advance. Some of the well-known exceptions are those Thai women with a good customer service sense, like KK and Tara, but for many others it's not unusual that something "just comes up" that forces a scheduling change.
It used to majorly p*ss me off until I just accepted it as part of their nature that isn't likely to change. It's kind of like getting p*issed off at a cat for doing the kinds of things cats do. The reason I mention cats rather than dogs is because you can often train dogs to change but cats you just have to accept as they are.
So, as I mentioned above, I only schedule same-day and usually not very far in advance. I might make initial contact the day before to check general availability but nothing more than that. Then by the time I contact her the next day she's usually expecting my text and has a better idea of her schedule and availability. I also won't drive a long way to see any provider, Thai or other, unless I have a Plan B (and maybe C) figured out.
All that being said, none of this excuses flakiness and lack of consideration. Some Thai providers have zero customer service sense and those should definitely be avoided. About your experience with Veena, if she had a friend or relative who had dropped her off and hadn't left yet, one likely explanation is that she felt it would be rude (in the Thai cultural sense) to push them to leave. So for her the path of least resistance was to ask you for changes. Not an excuse, just a possible explanation. FWIW, I haven't personally seen Veenaa as it's my impression that she's more of a GPS type than I like. I'm happy to pay 120 hr + 100-120 for a full upgrade but anything beyond that is overpriced, IMHO.
Massage vs extras. A false choice?

If you Skip the nuru, her price point is reasonable. There are providers who give both a good massage and FS, but they are (for me) very expensive. Candy gives a good service including great massage, good looks, happy ending.
Consider this; is choosing a good massage provider who does not really want to do FS vs a poor massage with FS a false choice? If you want a good massage, you can get one from a provider that is discussed here that gives good massages and a happy ending (Candy Tara KK). If you want FS, you can go to a provider that concentrates on FS. Part of this is value. A great massage and HJ can be had for $120-150. A hour FS with two pops is in the range of 160-200. So for 280 -300 you can get two hours; an hour very good massage / HJ and an hour FS-two pops. The good massage and FS providers are 300 and up for ONE hour and likely one pop! Is it not better to separate the service?
I like the Tara service. However, I am also happy that Candy has graced our market with those truly wonderful hands and headlights.

What you describe happening with Veena is certainly a head-scratcher but my general point is that anyone dealing with Thai women should prepare themselves for a sh*tload of head-scratching moments. I recall my first time trying to visit Alexa and, after scheduling the day before and confirming the morning of, she cancelled while I was parked in front of her building. I can't deny that I was livid but things got better as I moved on to my Plan B (Sophie) and a good time was had by all. A short time afterwards I was able to do a same-day appt with Alexa and she became one of my faves.
As I mentioned, I haven't seen Veenaa and I'm unlikely to do so given her reported GPS pricing tendencies. But I do wonder what was going on when you tried to see her as it certainly is unusual for her to go though all the motions of scheduling, screening, etc. , only to cancel at the last minute. And cancelling after making you wait an hour and waving from the door is truly rubbing salt in the wound. So I absolutely understand where you're coming from but, as an observer (and a big fan of Thai women, in general) it just makes me wonder what kind of WTF circumstances were going on behind that door. After all, it certainly wasn't your garden-variety flakiness-inspired cancellation, right?
Here's an interesting thought: Once you get over your (totally justified) outrage, if you happen to find yourself in that general area, it would be a fascinating exercise to send her a text and see what develops. One possible outcome is that, once you remind her of how shabbily you were treated, you might get a heavily discounted or highly upgraded session. That might not appeal to you in the least, which is understandable. Just throwing it out there for consideration but the circumstances (and price) would have to be absolutely perfect.

Be nice to the ladies.[/QUOTE]I think it's safe to say that mongers often pride themselves on pushing the envelope and, at least in their own minds, getting special services, special pricing, status, etc. That's why, IMHO, there's a never-ending search for that elusive Unicorn experience. How that can manifest is that visits to a legit massage provider come with a hope for extras, a visit to an FBSM provider comes with hopes for a FS GFE session, and so forth. Sometimes those things happen, and we read posts about them in the forum, and that tends to feed the pursuit even more.
I've long been an advocate of taking things as they come and, if pleasant surprises happen, enjoying that moment for what it is. What that means for me is that, if I want a good massage, I go to a legit spa. If I want a nice massage + HJ, I go to a provider who specializes in that service. Same for BBBJ, FS, etc. IME, I'm rarely disappointed because I'm not trying to push anyone out of their comfort zone. I'm also careful to be generous, without overpaying, and drama-free, which often results in my becoming a favored regular client. Everyone needs to figure out what works best for them but I would respectfully suggest that chasing the Unicorn tends to lead to more disappointment, and wasted funds, than the alternative.
