The chance of her showing up for court is less than 50-50 I would imagine. When the court date comes around will you even know where to find her? Doubtful.

Also the courts are giving the girls time now, which is a big reason why they are not showing up.

Right?[/QUOTE]It depends on the payment plan that you agree to and how much you put down. Read the contract and ask questions! I got stuck for a huge sum after I signed off thinking that they and not I was off the hook (but for a friend, not a SW). Bailbonds make a lot of money from people in a bind.

Even the bail bondsmen that claim they charge 3% actually charge 10% like everyone else. The 3% is paid immediately, and the balance within a certain amount of time. They all charge 10% in the end. Also, they are on the hook to the court for the full bail in case of a FTA, but ultimately they are coming after you to be paid back. YOU will ultimately be responsible! However, if it's a relatively small cash bail and you pay directly to the city, when and if the person does actually appear for court the city sends a refund check.

If you post bail directly, your name will appear on the case record in the Maryland Judiciary Case Search. But the system does not provide for searches for people putting up bail. So wifey or the employer would need to know the name of the person you bailed out to find the record that shows that you provided bail. But unless you're independently wealthy, you'll most likely use a bail agent anyway, so your name won't be appearing. Wifey or (less likely) the employer is more likely to get a clue if the lady gets an FTA and the bail folks start calling you looking for her.

Also, as far as being on the hook for the total amount of the bail, that risk exists but may be small because it's unlikely these ladies are going to continue to elude capture, just because of their lifestyle. The bail agent will usually get an extension from the court to prevent forfeiture of the bail, while they try to catch the person. As long as they have that extension, they won't be looking to you for the whole amount of the bail.

Long time member (2003) , but mostly a lurker know since I live quite far from your beautiful hunting grounds. Lucky for me, I am doing my bi-annual trip to the Balto area next weekend and was wondering if anyone knew if Sheena was around, and if any digits were avaialble. I had her a couple of times quite a while back and loved her sword swallowing skills as well as how it felt to hit her on her very tight ass.

I once talked about a girl on here that I introduced that was from DC and working in the area of Brooklyn. Got a message from him stating that he was wanting to meet her and he had a few questions about her giving full service because she is just newly back on the scene because she had just given birth to a kid. His main line of questions where if she was giving full service or just BBBJ's and then it was does she have digits and did they start with 202 area code. I finally gave in and told him that she was good and gave full service and then gave him the digits so that he could find out himself how good she was. It was then that he messaged me back that he already knew her and that he was dating her as a BF and that he was going to shut her phone off and then he was going to kick her out the house that she was in at the time because they where living together. I see her on the street days later and tell what had happened. She tells me that the guys is crazy and stalking her like a mad man. This is what you get when you are speaking of DC Creem, a pure stalker and just to answer the question, no he was not her BF. I message the dude to stop the bullshit and leave me out of his BS drama on the board. Just to get a return message of leave her alone because they are going to get married.

I do a little more research on him and then I see that he is doing the same to this Holly girl for over a year. Coming into this room and asking about her and wanting to know where she is. Always stating that he dated her and was her BF also. Then it was with Kiara and trying to find out her location. The dude is a real crack pot, or just on crack. Either way he is a looser that is way out of control. I learned my lesson with him and even answering him or engaging him in conversation. Dude is in need a a straight jacket but some how he has managed to dodge rubber room. This is not my humble opinion, this is FACT!
