I was just driving from Beltway Liquors (yeah, diff name now but it'll always be Beltway to me) to Parkville on Joppa Rd. Kinda near Don's Crabs but across the street. Saw a little temporary sign saying "Sunshine Spa" in front of a little house. Anyone know anything about this? Will TOFTT next week if no one has any info on this one.
