It's a big problem in that they learn how to hide it. If Rikki were actually in the uncle's care for a period of time, she probably lost her tolerance to the drug and probably went back to her former dose too quickly. That's how the ODs generally take place. We need to legalize weed everywhere as I believe that it will help get the H less used. Sorry if my editorial opinion offends anyone.
