Nonetheless I think I have seen the money paid to the establishment called the "house fee" many times in reference to CAMP visits and I don't recall ever seeing someone mention a "massage service fee" but who knows.
If I say I went to a place and paid a 60 dollar house fee and a 50 dollar tip and someone concludes that I must be referring to a KAMP, they' deserve what they'll get for that inference.

If you go to a Kamp you will get nothing you don't pay for but you have to pay a "house fee" to enter. It's like the door fee at a strip club, once inside you have to pay for what it is you want, drinks, dances, VIP.
The reason you've never seen someone mention a "massage service fee" is because you just made the term up and it doesn't exist in terms of service.
