Hit the Sully stroll Monday early evening this time like 7 ish. Looked promising at first and ended up missing a few prospects because wanted to keep scoping the area. Another surge does happen after 10 but either you are getting out scooped, too picky or the last week has been pretty dead because of heavy police activity closing down candy shops and arrests.

Last night has been one of the better overall.

I've been disappointed with the options a few times, but there is always someone out if you lap the whole thing at most twice. There are a few sections that have more activity and if you poke around those a bit, you'll find someone.
