Inside the club is $200 for 30 mins, so $200 per hour doesn't make sense for them. You'd be better off talking to them, getting a few dances and then asking them out.

Those girls are fast hustlers. My buddy from out of town walked in and 2 cute blond co-eds hit us. He was out 100 bucks in like 10 minutes and was asking me how that happened. I faired well after about 30 minutes at 60. Then this one stripper just came up and asked me 20 dollars for nothing and acted like I was being rude not giving it to her. I would consider going back for 2 hours of fun just getting dances would probably range 500 and that may be the low end.
Compared to earlier this year V has improved its early week nights (M-W). I remember showing up Mon at 8 pm and the Latinas being all gone. Now at even 11 pm there's still a handful through 1 am. Monday-Wed nights are nice because traffic is non existent from southbound. Cover is max $20 vs weekend $30. Generally the Latinas late night are all full service VIP, and since its real slow you can get more focused attention. It was so slow a few Cubanas came over to actually talk instead of "Papi, dance?" The negative is hygienic if you're doing VIP. Girls avg multiple VIPs a whole shift & maybe do a bird bath in locker room. Having a girl whos 3+ VIPs deep that shift I always notice dryness / pain for the girls vs if you're her first of the night.
If you're looking for a white girl in V, I recommend Belinda (if she even uses that name anymore) who's a fit thick blonde early 20's Cuban that looks like she could be an SEC girl. Big thick strong thighs, large C cups natural I think I remember, and very high mileage on the floor. I was preoccupied with another but she offered VIP quick. As Cubans are just be firm on your requests up front.
I have been to Onyx the last couple of weekends and I'm not too impressed with the quality of dances. As far as looks go, very nice especially if you are a guy who likes pierced nipples and tattoos on women I prefer non-pierced nipples personally but that's my opinion and preference. But lots of beautiful women regardless. I didn't really get any of the names but in about 6 dances mostly it was air dances with them just shaking their ass in your face. I want lap dances. Doubtful I'd return.
What's the word on Wax? I haven't been this year and I heard it was dead over there. Can we still get a cheap VIP or are they done?

I did get decent dances on the floor, but they patrol spot patrol the VIP area and are real strict on the girls.

Mostly amateurs that are green and can be persuaded to do most of what you ask for because they are hungry for money. Me and a few others have definitely taken advantage of the greenery in that club. Find a corner and work your charm or just pay 20 for private access.
