Been to both. They're owned by the same people. They offer the same service. The one on Beach and Lampson, the pps has these huge koi fish in this tiny fish tank. The Viet girls there are in there early 30's.

I made one a few months ago for a haircut, mostly to see what the staff looked like. Went in, and it was surprisingly small, but clean and well-organized. There were two women, both Vietnamese, both in their 30's or possibly late 40's (hard to tell with some Asian women) and attractive (the "boss" one who cut my hair was way more so, IMO), as well as friendly. I can't remember their names, too long ago. It was also a busy time, with several men coming and going for waxing while I was there. The lady who cut my hair told me that waxing was one of their most popular services, which seems to be corroborated by reviews on Yelp and elsewhere, and said I should come in and get waxed sometime. The little places looks and runs like a legit business, with Yelp reviews emphasizing that no extras are offered there, but it comes up a lot on my RM searches for things I'm looking for, so I don't know what to think.
