Yes, I would suggest it's safe to say things are back to normal, minus losing Han River. A couple of the busted, and closed, shops have reopened with limited reviews. The Big 3 remain solid. Eve's is worth an honorable mention for inclusion to the top high end shops. Also, several quality 2nd tier shops like VIP 66 and Body Temple.
