The difference is that you still need a stimulus for those to work. And if you're drinking it may not work at all. With trimix you are hard regardless if you are in the mood or not.

Two questions:
1) I'm not a fan of shots. How much of a prick is it. Full needle insertion with large injection, a shallow needle with small injection, or more like an inoculation skin prick?
2) Are you worried about breaking the skin, and then having a babe slather her juices all over it?

I'm an old gymbro so 5 mg tadalafil is good enough. I'm always primed since I take it daily. Yesterday took at 4 pm, played soccer, ate, got to V like 10 pm and for 2. 5 hrs my Latina had me bricked up most of the time. If I used Trimix that'd be overkill and I'd likely end up in the ER.
Injections are small like insulin, 30 g. A small pinch but shouldn't be terrible, like 2-3/10 pain for 1-2 seconds. The medication is mixed with water usually, no oil so shouldn't leave a lump. The injection hole closes quick and by 15 minutes you should be leakage.

Guys can still end up in the ER for a priapism, and failed 10-15 shots of the medical grade injectable reversing agent. And then have to get the awful surgical drainage which can cause ED long term. I may be getting into semantics, but my original point was that guys really shouldn't jump to Trimix if the pills still work for them. Or they just have to use really really small doses in the Vivide parking lot.
