Sometimes a good first impression is not always a lasting one. And it's rare that I post a not so good review... But if I'm aware of a situation, I feel obligated to make you gents aware of a formerly HEx Recommended provider.

What I thought would turn out to be a better second visit never occurred. And it's not like I've never had a NO CALL NO SHOW ((especially in Columbia)), but this particular visit was confirmed multiple times during the day and 30 minutes before the arrival time. What a waste of a Saturday afternoon.
