I had asked a provider thats I'm confortable with what it was since I had smelled it there and other places. Most of the time they have a small camping stove so they can make meals when they work there long 12hr shifts.

If they're Korean it could be kimchi. When my wife's Korean friend mails kimchi to us from Korea it practically clears out the whole post office. The postal employees can't bear the stink. The good news is our mail delivery is especially early on those days.
