What are you guys thoughts on meeting with a lady hotel vs residents?
Would you feel safer hotel or they're "residential home" (if you believe that).
I had have both experiences more with hotels, but residential I feel more comfortable.
Just want to hear some thoughts, opinions, etc.

When I walk in I search the room even pulling back the shower curtain if its not already back. Just making sure its just me and her and there won't be any surprise visitors. But if you go to a ladies home then there are multiple rooms to search some ladies won't mind you looking through their entire house but they're usually is always a room they won't let you go in.

One can always ask to use the bathroom and thus check for potential problems in the limited confines of a hotel room. Not so easy to adequetly clear a house, even f it's a crackerbox. Obviously if a lady has a stellar reputation (eg Ashley Parker) the residence is OK, but in general the anonymity available at a hotel is more to my liking.

Address was known by the police and they had it staked out. I was stopped by 3 patrol cars a block away and got searched and the ole shakedown, but I stuck to my story of seeking a massage only.

I'm mostly a parlor guy but have had a few utr's over the years that I trust to come to my house but I'm not sure about the ones that advertise coming to my residence.

Let's face it, most of these women have an "ends justify the means" mindset and are not above casual pilferage. Add that to the possibility of them casing the place for some future action by an associate and the variables just don't compute.

Anyone ever got caught in one? And what's that like?
The process, etc.
Only if you have nothing to lose would this be a good idea.
I do have too much to lose that's why I haven't had one come to my house. I was just throwing it out there and the feedback was as I expected.
Well wouldn't more sting are more likely to happen at hotels?

The process, etc.
In any situation (getting pulled over, getting caught in a sting, whatever it is.) - be prepared. Here's what my lawyer friend advises. If you don't already have a lawyer, make sure you have the phone number of a good criminal defense attorney. They may detain you on the spot, take a mug shot, get you to admit to various things you have or haven't done. Or they may pull you over on your way home. And try to get you to admit where you were. They'll tell you their other officers are already getting the story from the girl. That she's already admitting to it all.
Stay silent. Do not say anything. Say Lawyer and then call him as soon as you are allowed to. In many cases the only evidence they have on you is that you entered and left a hotel room. Do not admit to anything. Tell them you'd like to have your lawyer present for any questions. They'll do the whole "that makes you look guilty" - but it's the smart thing to do, and they know it.
Even with your lawyer, you may still be facing legal trouble. More than likely you'll get a misdemeanor for prostitution, a court date, and you'll be out several thousand in legal costs. With a good lawyer, you should still be able to get out without anything on a permanent record (unless this is a repeat offense and the court knows you). If you're prepared for all of this, then you'll be ok should you ever get caught.
There's a youtube video called "Don't Talk To The Police" that everyone on this board should watch as well.

Some common misconceptions that were broken for me:
The ad was strictly a message ad nothing explicit implied on ad.
We never talked or discussed any rates, services, or etc on the phone.
The girl was a legitimate provide at some point, was not an undercover cop.
The provider exposed themself to me to prove they were real.
The provider had me touch them to prove she was real.
Red Flags I missed:
Door next door in the hallway was cracked.
Did not lock door in room.
Asked me over and over what position I wanted to play in.
Had a story about no protection was that okay with me, except way more explicit.
After bust:
Immediately had picture taken, was on TV and multiple newspapers as were the rest of the peeps caught (there was someone famous in our bust so the news picked it up).
Was given misdemeanor citation and released on site, did not get taken to jail.
Paid for a lawyer and got the same deal everyone there got.
Had to sit through a class taught by former working girls and pay numerous fines.
Had the ability to expunge for several more 1000.
My face is still on websites to this day (as a girlfriend just "happened" across it a few years ago).
The fact remains no matter how great you think someone is, they will all turn when it comes to them or you. So just because you have seen someone several times doesn't mean they didn't get popped yesterday and now want a get out of jail free card. IMHO the safest way is always to do a. Outcall. As that situation can not be monitored or controlled it is to dangerous to bust that way. Get a hotel room if needed, but always make them come to you. I don't give any final address until I am able to verify they came alone. If they don't agree to that, find next person.
From years of reading I have heard stories from people busted at houses, apartments, hotels, parks, etc. . I have never heard anyone say they came to me and got me.

I've been at it for 3 years, and as much excitement it has been, there has also been some.
Intense moments. The idea of knocking on that door to someone you talked to online.
For a short period is just crazy, but I do it. I usually text from 2-3 different numbers.
And ask bunch of questions so I can get an idea if the person would be legit to visit.
Lately I've been able to find some providers real name through FB and search them.
To see if they have any criminal records. You be surprised to what you find!
For example one I visit several times before had been caught at least 5-7 times (Damn!
So I definitely don't visit anymore and I've been lucky on that part.
One I've been wanting to see I found records such as aggravated robbery with weapons on and on.
So glad I found that, If I didn't who knows what would of happen.
Worst thing that has happened to me in three years was getting robbed.
It was definitely red flags that I should have paid attention to and now I know from.
Experiences. I definitely don't have the money for a lawyer, etc so if I got busted.
Not sure how that would go, I've never plan or thought about it.
