I live on a neighbor island where visiting providers are rare, expensive, and, with a few exceptions, of questionable quality. My regular Thai MT gets $180, no FS, but extra fun. Last couple of visits gave her $150 because I didn't get good service. No complaining or drama. Hope she figures it out herself.

My regular Chinese MTs may be older but with the normal upsell menu. FS is still $200.

Remember, cash money is still tax free.
