It's hard to pin point but calling or texting ahead always helps because they will put you first on the list even if there is a walk-in.

And sometimes, they put you in the waiting area because the room is not ready, not because girls are busy. So sometimes it could be 2-5 minutes wait, but if I get to wait longer than that, I usually check with mamasan. Then again, I always make appts, so I rarely put behind the curtain.
