When I went to visit Ivy a couple months back she said they were looking at the old NINJA KARAOKE spot, next to Femme Nu and across from 24 hr. fitness. But they were not sure yet and still looking around for a spot in the area. Personally I think that area has way too much traffic to monger. I think it was called called Evergreen, Orange and Mika at the second floor spot above Backseat Betty's place. Pink Spa was once called Eve Relaxation before. By the way, the big international summit is schedule next year at the convention center. Obama and world leaders will be coming including world media and protest groups.
