Nah its old thing back at their old location. Normally it was Sua who enforced it. At a certain point it stopped I think. This issue has came up on the boards before(I think).

Hmm... interesting. Maybe the HF is 60 as this is considered a MT? I doubt it though. Mama felt that since you didn't ask for the change right away, she just decided to just keep the change and she felt that you were ok with it.

That's why I would always ask mama straight up as I hand her the 60, I ask her right away, "you get change right?" She either has change on her she can give right away or she comes back later with the change. Although, you did give mama the 60, the girl may not know about it and she thinks that maybe you're just making that up to avoid the 150. Or, she knows that mama has your 60, but won't get the 10 from her and expect full 150 from you.

If the HF is 60 at an AMP, I'd be out of there without hesitation. Unless the chicks there is pretty hot but, other than that, no reason it should be 60 while other places are at 50.

When the HF was 40 it was more convenient back then. In most cases you'll be carrying 20s when you withdraw from an ATM. Now the HF is at 50, you need to worry about breaking that 60 or making sure you get the change back.

The AMP places should just make the HF 40 and tip is 160. Or, HF 60 and the tip is 140. Regardless, it's still 200. The 50 + 150 just throws off everything.
