I should add my two cents here. I also had a dream about Criss, a few days ago. She is fresh faced, great personality, and very good skills. I was so impressed she even talked me into placing her ad one day.

However before everyone goes all gushy on here there are some issues.

As you can see from her ads, she is on again, off again, hard to reach, hard to talk to She works limited hours and only during the day for the most part.

Here was the issue for me, and maybe its not a big deal for anyone else.
