It all depends on you and how you mesh with them. You can get the GFE, if you and the girl are on the same page. One particular girl offers GFE, but I have heard that you have to build a report with her, but sometimes she will go for it without getting to know you.

Day and time vary quite a bit. I've been and had dudes coming in nonstop and I've had times when it's so slow that they've negotiated on a 4 hand.
