For those who patronized them in the past, the options were the same. Then some new mps rotated in here. Don't know about service with them, but it might be different. My sessions were good, and the opposite of the OP, so YMMV. One other feature to note, this is a 3 story walk up (no elevator) on Newbury st. If stairs are an issue for mobility or stamina / exertion reasons, might take some wind out of your sails before you start. Parking on this street and surrounding area can be tough if you drive, because of congestion, construction and summer open-streets days. After prowling around, I found a spot about 8 blocks away. Now, for truly exception service this effort might be worth the reward, however there are equally good and better options that are more convenient for drivers.
