They may let you go on your way if there are no warrants. This is why it's a good idea to have your ID with you when visiting the AMPs. Having your ID with you will make the process go much smoother and trouble-free. Be polite, but don't admit to any illegal activity.
If they do decide to arrest you, I believe the bail is still $500. Get an attorney. If convicted, I guess the penalty could vary widely depending on the circumstances, but a year in prison seems excessive and highly unlikely.
