Not every monger out there uses this forum and even some that do probably do this. Now, fuck $100 deposit, that's just asking to get scammed. But I can definitely see them asking for $10 or $20. I'm not saying I agree, nor am I saying you should just pony it up, but I definitely understand why some are doing it, even if they're well vetted.
