This may indicate that incidents where fake money is used and / or shorting donation amounts have increased. Although it's just speculation on my part, the economical stress brought on by the pandemic may push some mongers that aren't willing to make appropriate adjustments to their mongering, whether out of pride or otherwise, resort to using such measures.

Personally, I don't care if the girl counts it in front of me or leaves the room for a moment to count / put it away. It is a quid pro quo transaction after all, even if some of us mongers conveniently forget it. I've always placed the donation even before undressing to the nearest nightstand / dresser / chair. In practice, I've seen only some new girls count. My regulars don't, even if the booker says so (it's all a standard text anyways). For agencies that I been with for a while, even their new girls don't count. I'm assuming the booker gives a heads up saying that he's been with us for a while so he's good or some such. So overall, I see it just as a minor distraction. The worst I seen was with KTE, they actually had a money counter machine in the room. I found it funny and sad at the same time.

Pictures: It's her, just glammed up and slenderized.

Looks: I find her quite cute, 5'3", natural perky Bs, decent ass, shaven pussy. Fair skin, no tattoos, body is more curvy than in the pictures but she's well proportioned excluding her tits. Blemish free skin and soft supple curves all around really supports and cements the bookers' insistence that she's in her 20's (I'm always skeptical at first). Can easily pass as mid-20's.

English: She knows some phrases, understands the words needed in her profession.

Attitude: carefree. Likes to be a bit silly and laugh. Will lightly slap and pinch you in a playful manner.

Service: Overall average. Could be because she's new but service was just run of the mill as a whole. Not really stood out in terms of service provided so I won't bore you with more text. Not much DFK, has contrived English responses. BBFS no CIP.

Expense: $270.

Repeat: On the fence here. Essentially, she's a decent hookup who is cute, young, and with an all natural body that you can BB but service is meh. For some, it's going to be "where's the nearest ATM" while for others it won't be as attractive. 50/50 chance I might repeat to see if service can improve with repeats.

However I have had another Booker give me similar feedback, and the girl was hit or miss. Just my input.

Never promotes the bad ones, at least not to me and she tells me if she knows anything about them. What she knows about them is from mongers like you and me. Do you think she would promote the bad ones at the expense of losing her credibility and losing customer's confidence? She has enough good ones to not have to recommend the bad ones. Actually she wants to get rid of the bad ones and hopefully get a good one in her place. She lets me know who is BBFS and who is not. Who is good looking and who is not based on the feedback she gets even though looks is always subjective. Sometimes she doesn't know if BBFS is available and then I wait for those who TOFTT find out. Yes I may get more info than most of the guys calling but I do know what she knows and what she doesn't know based on my experience.

Now in the case of a girl slipping through or not. You see Kiss has her own org site and M was likely just helping to book for a girl listed on Booker Gray site too. That girl is the orgs responsibility to vet and ask if they have worked under M PO as well. Girl said no likely and was lying. The flood of complaints happened. Same thing happened with Candy who was Jade of M / Joy of Cakdolls, and now Danbi at Newasianvibe/Dana of Sixshop

Also nowadays orgs cant be picky. The talent pool has diminished so they have to take who they can to hold the over. In NorCal some of the orgs are internal org PO as well so easier to refuse a bad cookie.

I agree with everything you said except that they can refuse booking for certain girls. I know personally M didn't want certain girls but had no say in it. That's why you see girls return to her as a booker who were not very good the first time around. I. e. Candy, Hera, Eva, etc. She's just a worker in the org and has to book for whomever they send to her. The girls go the org for jobs and not to M and if they contact M personally she directs them to the org for the job. Other than screening of customers and booking bookers have very little say in who is hired and only can report complaints if they want someone fired.

You do over the top promos for her stable and she rewards you with immediate and detailed intel on her providers? Perhaps a freebie or discount sesh every now and again?

My personal rule of thumb is home team sets the rules. If I'm on an incall, she's not going to run off (it's the monger who's more likely to bolt), so it's pretty safe to pay up front. If she's on an outcall, however, the roles are reversed, and the lady is now the one more likely to cut and run, so she gets paid when it's all done.

If you've developed a business relationship with a provider, then it's pretty easy to do either in both circumstances. It's whatever the 2 of you are comfortable with, since you two already trust each other to a degree.
