Yes, I was surprised at lack of decent dancers, but actually visits to my 3 go-tos demonstrate today's disfunction:

Red Room. Undergoing periodical desertion by dancers, due to reported shady stuff by management / bartenders. Usually bounces back, though may take some time. But yesterday had only 4 dancers at 11 on a Saturday).

Harem. Actually had good number of lookers (Candy, Tee, and best looker in the block in years named Varni), but all are new and very hands off (one actually was going around saying "hi, would you like to talk".

Pussycat. Good demonstration of problems with block; cause it was so nice (according to one well known bartender) girls were calling in left and right saying they just wanted to goof off and not come in.

Finally, one other thing. Nice weather brought groups of basically harmless but threatening looking groups of thug-looking types, including group of teens buzzing around on those mini-bikes. After events of last week, even if threat isn't real, it's going to scare away people. It's too late now, but if I owned a block bar, I would have hired off-duty cops to keep sidewalks clear.

The block itself, in reality, is pretty safe except at closing time, and even then there is heavy police presence. But Baltimore's overall impression of a city out of control colors perceptions and keeps people away (not just the block — see John Hopkins decision to place a new facility in DC, not Baltimore).

Red Room often has multiple lookers who are fun, but many CLEARLY with major drug issues, and right now, dancers have fled due to some internal stuff with management. Hustlers can sometimes have nice eye candy though often not but dancers either lame or VIP-based at silly prices (360 half hour is cheapest). All this is based on Saturday night, after 9. Friday night usually bad, and Saturday day only Red Room is worth it.

Don't think of the block as different businesses, think of the block as a single business with different rooms. Walk around from bar to bar until you see something you like and then sit down and enjoy. When I walk into a bar and don't like the scenery, I never hesitate to walk back out. It only takes about 15 seconds to see if a bar has too many fuglies and junkies.

It is unlikely that you will find a bar full of hotties. That ended decades ago.

Visited on Wed evening from 5:30 - 7 PM.

Jewel box, nothing, on large black gal at the end of the bar, no bartender and no movement. So passed.

Pussy Cat- One Black gal on stage, young and perfect body. Had a wig on that looked weird to me, but she was a 10 for sure. However, no eye contact, looked like she hated being there, little to suggest she would even appreciate buying her a drink. One white gal at the end of the bar farthest from the door was in a hooded sweater with a guy, since she had her back to the door, I figured not much going on there, and the last white gal was preoccupied with food, she came over only after the bartender spoke to her. . so again, did not feel like things would be entertaining. One beer and left.

Red Room- Active, about 6 or more gals. 2 or three were with 2 or 3 black guys, and there seemed to be some discussion about $50, which corresponded to 2 gals drinks. This seemed to occupy Rob (the bartender) for about 15 min. While I sat there waiting for a beer. No dancers dancing either, another guy comes in and sits with me and we both note there are no dancers, and Rob seems to be having a good time dancing to the music behind the bar while counting $50. Really? Finally got a beer, and after another 10 min a gal went up. I was probably a bit pissed at the lack of reasonable service so did not really enjoy the dancer, although she was not my type either. One white gal who was cute did come by for a drink, but she talked a bit too much for me. Or I was just not in the mood. So left after 1 beer.

Haren. Bartender is white gal who is either pregnant or getting large. I think pregnant. Quite frankly I love popping in and reading the threads; I don't think I've ever been so entertained. I don't have any real stories to add—not any good ones anyway.

I will say it's been a while since I did strip clubs in Baltimore but a few years back after my divorce I found myself sampling them like I was in Costco. At some point I had been in nearly every club in the Baltimore area.

Biggest disappointment: Scores (I think it's called the penthouse now). They probably have the best looking girls out of anywhere but they have the worst attitudes. There is next to no enthusiasm on the stage for most, their VIP is stupid expensive, and the girls are very stand offish. If they don't know you, the only way you get attention is to shell out big dollars on the stage and hope for some attention after. ZERO extras, guaranteed.

Best lap dance: show case theater. The all nude lap dance is secretly expensive and the basic lap dance is really awkward and uncomfortable. There aren't any extras there but the girls might let you cop a feel on the cheeks are above the waste-nothing wet or moist though. You can generally play with tits all day. The best dance I ever had, this white chick started the dance off by standing up on the couch butt naked and unexpectedly wiped her junk down my face. But there wasn't anything other than that. She even made me adjust myself when I got "excited". ZERO extras, guaranteed.

Best oldie but goodie: Fuego (now defunct). The set up is off putting: a bunch of people in a giant dark room. Mostly men, all horny. But they would have ridiculous amounts of women just walking around. If you could get one to notice you, you might get kind of lucky. The most Is ever finger bang this Hispanic chick for an extra 20 for the song while she grinded on me. Even let me put one in the stink. Place was unruly though and very impersonal. Everything just happens out on that floor and you had no privacy. Extras were definitely a YMMV situation.

I will say they have a "stimulus" package about once a month where your first VIP room is only $100. I haven't partaken of that deal in some years but the last time I did, it was with a dancer I had seen for a while and ended up getting my first VIP room at GGG ever with her. It wasn't FS, but we both left satisfied. There was a black chick there some time ago whose draw was "get a lap dance and you can do anything you want". So of course, I went for the stink in the basic lap dance room just to test her and surprisingly she got into it. And this wasn't even VIP—jusr a basid $30 dance.

Truth be told, this isn't a great area for strip clubs. As swank as DC is, just about every club is pretty solid on the no touching policy and VA is far too Bible Belt. You generally have to go to NY to find anything worth spending money on these days.

Back in 2014 Gemini worked there and was actually main show. Today the changes are very disappointing. I guess you might find some clubs like this but it would be very hard.

A lot of the Hispanic dancers there went elsewhere; I remember being happy that some of my go to clubs has more diversity at first but that died down when I found out they didn't really talk to anyone who wasn't Hispanic. Had some cash burning a hole in my pocket, so I decided to hit the Block.

Started with Red Room around 8. One great looking brunette with short hair, one blonde who was attractive, and 3 or 4 others. Bought one of the others, McKenzie, a drink. 5/10 on looks, 2/10 on enthusiasm. Not much of a conversationalist, so I didn't pursue.

One thing I noticed about the Ritz in the past year I been visiting is that some girls will not allow you to touch their breasts. They will push your hands away if you try, but you still can touch anywhere else. Happened to me with 4-5 girls I believe. I also noticed that fewer girls are going topless at the LD area unless you pay for VIP compared to few years ago.

Probably best looking girls in the area—few to no druggies on any given night—but most are pretentious and think you should pay them just for them being in your presence. Girls seem racist at times. Bouncers are amazing and oddly enough, best part about being in the club. They make you feel like everything in there is there for you and you honestly feel like a king until 4 or 5 girls walk past you without even making eye contact. Only place in all of Maryland that I've had that issue. I quite literally have walked in there about 3 or 4 times (starting back when it was scores) with $400-800 in my pocket and only money I ended up spending was on buying myself drinks.

Nice eye candy, but you'd be lucky to get a quality lap dance, let alone extras.

She would of walked right past me if I wouldn't of stopped her.) Apparently there are 2 types of lap dances. A. 40 dance for 1 song. Or a $. 60 topless dance for 4 songs. Took the bait and went with the latter. To my surprise the dance was a lot better than I expected. I was touching and licking (her C cups) the entire time. Made me wonder if I could of gotten away with more.

I've gotten a lot more for $. 60 in the past (although not from a dancer of her looks). Not sure if it was worth the price, but it exceeded my expectations. I guess it's easier to be pleased if expectations are low. Might try it again if I have another rough night at the Block.

I went Friday, and had good time.

Guy couldn't explain to me what they needed to scan it for, and what they did with the data. In all honesty, it was probably above his paygrade. But I also don't care. Scanning IDs is a no-no. If reading the DOB isn't good enough, I'm out.

It was probably at around 9 pm and on a Tuesday or something. You would think that girls would be busy making the rounds, but they got on stage, maybe make $30 in tip drill, and then stay in the dressing room until they need to get on stage again. Bouncers made it sound like since it was a slow night that all the girls would be after you. Yeah right. I left after 30 minutes.

Hustlers' girls are a lot more active and some will give phone numbers. Pretty difficult to get extras unless you get one of those insanely over-priced rooms. Fuck that. I've heard the girls over at Fantasies are on par with Hustlers / Penthouse girls, but it's also difficult to get extras there. Plus I've heard from multiple girls that the owner of Fantasies essentially uses the club as his own personal harem.

A bit bored on Mother's Day. Ventured to the block. Tried to walk into the pussycat, and the guy the door said they had no girls. Stroll down the circus, to take a look inside. They had two girls dancing, and no guys there. Nina immediately walked up to me, it was quite aggressive, but I understand no clientele, they're going to make the money somehow.
