Typically don't even notice hh rate let alone if even offered. Minimum 1 hr or 2 hrs initial visit. Or if feeling lucky or intel will go multi hour or overnight. Now this is when I become able to negotiate and most often will find some steal of deal in longer visits and or prearranged future visits.
