WH, as for Lacey/Carla, it's not that I don't 'like' that look she had, as there was 2 black girls I saw walking down Parkway East a few weeks ago I mentioned here that had the same type makeup on and it looked great on them. It just didn't look right on Lacey. I saw her up close with that mess on in Walmart, and she reminded me of some little girl that got in her mom's makeup cabinet and closet and put mess on thinking she looked good. An even better description is Cheri O'Terri playing the drug addled woman in the supermarket trying to get her prescriptions filled on Saturday Night Live. Melissa stands on 52nd Way, that's a block down from Thrasher Bros. Maybe the reason you're so into her is she lets you do things alot of other girls won't and she never says no, because I know you described that she allowed you to do most anything you wanted with her. Sometimes it's hard to describe why you like getting with someone as much as you do, sometimes it's nothing more than the way they look at you or how they act. I know I met a girl off of a party line in the late 90's who I went to see every single night one summer. Teabag, the only reason I've been discussing the deal about the mug shots, and the supposed 'rule' is because that rule actually isn't posted in the set of rules, and it shouldn't be our responsibility to read every forum and find Jackson's occasional comments and rules he thinks up. If he doesn't want us to post them, then he should clearly say so in the rules, which he doesn't. Where he said to not post mug shots was in the Orange County, California forum, not really a forum I read every day. I don't really send messages to him, unless some nut like Hizark comes here and starts up a new folder to up his post count, because he doesn't always see the same thing I do as being against the rules. The comment I made in the poll discussion directed to him has yet to be answered, as it is. I still have yet to see why we can't post them. If it's because someone in a mug shot is innocent until proven guilty, then most mug shots I've posted are old, and they're more than likely already been convicted. Much less, the mug shots we post are of known SW, not like it's some woman that works at the bank downtown and has a reputation to uphold. The problem about taking pics of girls on the stroll is I'm usually out at night, and that's not good picture taking weather. Also, there's no way on knowing when some girl is going to be out, it's just hit and miss. You might be out there all the time looking just to try to get that picture. It's just silly. We have a pic of a girl in a mug shot yet can't show it for some unknown reason. Intellectual property -whatever-, I doubt this stuff is intellectual property. Why would they give a crap as to someone posting a picture they took of some SW or even a thug for that matter ? If this is actually something that is used toward mug shots, then it's just another stupid 'law' people make that makes absolutely no sense. For that matter, if they're not to be used, distributed or whatever, then how would publications like our 'Local Mug Shots' be able to use mug shots of past and present arrestees ? This tabloid shows people not just wanted, but arrested. It also even has Richard Scrushy's mug shot in it. How, also, do television stations get the right to post a mug shot of 'arrested' people if it's protected. They air pictures of arrestees all the time, even hours after they're arrested. How many suspected child abusers or accused child porn producers have been wrongfully accused yet their pictures were shown on the 6 o'clock news ? If all this was intellectual property, then mug shots wouldn't be used in any of this medium. I believe this is nothing more than just one of Jackson's own 'rules' he decided upon. I still can't see what the reason for the poll asking if we could post mug shots were for if we weren't going to be able to abide by the outcome. Even if you count up all the variations of the yes and no votes, yes still wins 127-115.

Yes the site is about assisting people in finding commercial sex services, but it's also about discussing and assisting others find SW and the like, and the discussion of SW sometimes needs the help of photos as a direct assist to the people searching for them. It certainly isn't assisting someone who is looking for a SW and happens upon one who robs people or has AIDS and they pick her up because there wasn't a way to alert the posters here as to what the girl looks like to avoid her. I feel the people that are worried about arrestees being embarrassed feel this way because they have been arrested in the past, and either have had their photo used in one of those shame campaigns, or just are afraid it might be. Most who voted 'no' in the poll probably are in that same group. I'm sure this was started because there was a couple of people who posted weekly galleries of mug shots, one in Peoria and one in Miami or somewhere near there, just of pretty girls no matter whether they were SW or not. Maybe some monger or poster here had their girlfriend or SW girlfriend posted here and started complaining about it. Maybe some escort who posts here saw their mug shot posted here- which begs the question is it more an embarrassment to her to have her mug shot posted or to have pics of her posted with some guys cum on her face. It's one thing to just post a photo because someone is odd looking or has silver spray paint on their face, but it's another to be posting someone who could potentially be a danger to a monger who might pick them up. That's helping people here. That's all I'm trying to convey. You sometimes have to think about weighing whether it might embarrass someone who'll never know their pic is posted here versus the help it'll be for an unsuspecting monger who might pick up a SW who could do something bad to them and yet they'd never know who they were because we can't post mug shots. Posting a pic you take of a SW on the street is no more an embarrassment than posting their mug shot. And what's the difference. We can post shots of 'females' who are just walking somewhere, no idea if they're SW or not, just take a pic of them cause they look good and post it here, but because someone was arrested and it's a mug shot, posting them is embarrassing them. I wonder if the woman walking down the street shopping would like to know her pic was posted on a site where people are looking for and discussing SW, escorts and the like ? I tell you, I cant make rhyme or reason over the bond amounts and how they relate to how soon someone gets out.

Murderers get $75k bonds, Pot traffickers get $100k bonds and backyard meth makers get $1 million dollar bonds.

Maybe one or more of the magistrates or whoever is ok crack themselves !

Well that must not be the same Melissa WH meant, because the Melissa he's speaking of hasn't been in jail, at least not for 3 weeks. I might not have seen Melissa for a few days, but I see her at least once a week when I'm out and about. I remember her being arrested, but don't remember what her full name was.

I have no idea about bonds really, but I believe it has more to do with who the person is, their recidivism rate, and the situation surrounding what they are accused of as to what the bond might be. You know there's alot of times they'll set a high bond just because they don't want a certain person out on the street no matter what the offense might be.

And I've seen that 'homeless' girl out and about before, don't remember where but surely was around 1st. The zip where they're listed as when they're homeless I always assumed was where they were arrested at. Might not always be the case, though.

I must have confused Melissa with someone else. My bad. The one that was arrested in late april,her name is Siedlik. Whoever I was thinking about may have had a similar name, Seilox or something.

I did save one example of the crazy system...

Girl (not a sw that I know of) was arrested...FTA@DWLS*CASH 500 .

That was on 6-9. She stays in for 30 full days over a failure to appear, $500 cash bond. Thats just pitiful. Taxpayers paid probaboy $900-1200 to keep her there a month because she couldnt come up with $500.

A few points:

1. For those of you who who wish to pretend that you do not know the difference between a street photo and a mug shot, let me spell it out for you:

- Street photos are of persons who are voluntarily in a public place, and absent any commentary they are at best only marginally demonstrative of any criminal behavior.

- Booking photos aka "Mug Shots", by their distinctive style alone, are universally recognized as photos taken by police authorities in conjunction with an individuals arrest for criminal activity.

2. In my opinion, individuals who would repost any one's mugshots are actually satisfying their anger against women by seeking to belittle and embarrass the women for their own perverse gratification.

3. The reason that law enforcement authorities post mugshots of persons arrested for offering commercial sex activities on their websites is specifically to embarrass these individuals as part of a strategy to suppress said activity.

4. I will not permit this website to be used to embarrass commercial sex providers for the benefit of a few perverts or to support any law enforcement activity.

Now, maybe my attitude here is all wrong, because I live in a country (not the USA) where guys generally know and are friendly with their individual sex workers, and therefor we would be distressed to learn that one of them was actually arrested and charged with a criminal act, much less being publicly embarrassed by having their photo posted on a website.

Maybe someone could Photoshop the mugshot so that the girl looks like she's at a party. You know, a party hat and balloons in the background. :-)

On a serious note, the mugshot is public information, posted not to embarrass the person arrested, but because the system is publically funded.

Even if the purpose was to embarrass the girl, it certainly wouldn't have that effect here, where the members gladly seek them out for sexual services. We can hardly hold it against them when they are clipped for doing exactly what we pay them for.

However, it is your house, and your rules prevail. I will say, though, that on several occassions I have been warned off of a girl, and the only way to show me who they were speaking of was to show the mugshot. Without that being posted, I would likely have gotten robbed by the same girl as the last guy. They do serve a purpose, which is to provide information needed to help the hobbyists monger safely.

Jackson, first of all, I'm sure that most, if not all here know the difference between a mug shot and a street photo. And yes there are some LEO in the US that do have websites set up specifically to belittle the SW and the monger, the Shame Campaigns if you will, as well as private citizens who create their own websites as a vigilante effort to try to stop prostitution on their own, such as Oklahoma City's Video Vigilante. But most police organizations here in the United States have a place on their website that lists for public record all the currently incarcerated, recently arrested and recently released individuals, and in that they have a photo, a name, address, charged offense and bond amount. This is not to belittle anyone, but is for information in case a family needs to find out if their loved one is incarcerated, and how much their bond might be. These sites don't just list girls arrested for prostitution, but it lists people who are arrested for 'anything'- robbery, murder, shoplifting, drinking in public, giving false information to LEO, bad checks, aggravated speeding, domestic violence- male and female alike. This information is public record.

As for me, I have never posted a mug shot out of anger toward women in general or for the purpose of trying to belittle someone or embarrass them because they got arrested, that is farther from my mind. Now if a certain girl ripped me off then yes I would be angry, but I would be posting her picture to warn others to not associate with her as it could happen to them as well. It is just the fact that we are discussing prostitution here, which is a crime in most places in the US, and by virtue of that the girls who are SW are eventually going to be arrested, and, therefore, there will be a mug shot of them taken. Maybe prostitution isn't a crime where you come from, but it is here, and therefore the girls who walk the street 'will' eventually get arrested. Most girls who are SW are also addicted to some type of drug, which in itself causes them to commit crimes other than prostitution to get money to pay for their drugs, as well as be in a position to be arrested for other related crimes associated with everything they get involved in. When we discuss SW, sometimes someone will want to know what the girl looks like we are discussing, and the 'only' way to show who a girl is 90% of the time is a mug shot. Sometimes we are giving information out that a girl is a thief, or has some STD, or rips you off without performing what you paid for. What we are providing is information and help to our fellow mongers, information that possibly could keep someone from being put in a harmful or dangerous situation. And for the girls who someone is just asking about, girls who provide good ervice, sometimes the only photo one might have of said girl 'is' a mug shot, and posting that mug shot is in no way meant to belittle that girl, but rather to let someone know that this girl is a good provider, and to be able to put a face with a name. Not everyone is a Baldy Cruiser, Glenn61, or CookyJar, and have the time or the charisma to get girls to pose for photo shoots, or just to go out in the daytime to search to take pics of girls for reference. Gas is unbelievable to be able to do that to begin with.

You being from another country, I don't know that we'll ever be able to get you to understand our reasoning for posting the mug shots, because you see things differently than we are seeing them. Just look at it this way. Imagine that someone told you about a girl that was a SW on a certain street and that she looked amazing, but if you got with her, you could count on something coming up missing such as your wallet, or some other valuable you might have, and you ask them what she looks like. They give you a bland description- brown hair, 5'5, medium size boobs. That really doesn't tell you anything. But if they had a mug shot they could have shown you that and you would have at least seen what she looked like and maybe steered clear of her if you saw her out. It's not to belittle them, it's to help other posters here out.

I made a comment in the forum below the poll that was taken a few months ago which asked whether people should be allowed to post names, addresses and so forth of arrestees. In that comment I stated how I always posted mug shots. I never posted anyone's address, full name, nor what they were arrested for. Most times I just posted their first name as the title of the pic file. I never thought it right to post someone's address, as that was invading someone's privacy and possibly their families as well. But as for information purposes, I did, on occasion, use mug shots to show fellow mongers who someone was, as many times that's our only source of information.

As I have said before, I really can't see what the purpose of that poll was in asking if we should be allowed to post arrestees photos, especially since it passed with a yes vote, if we're not going to be allowed to post them regardless. Either way, if it is your decision to not allow mug shots here, then I will abide by it. I've explained as best I can what I've been trying to convey, and I'll pass the baton on to someone else here or elsewhere who might be able to explain it better. I really hope you don't think I was trying to start anything, I was just trying to get you to see what our purpose for posting them was, as we have totally different views on it. As you said, being from another country, views are different, as are cultures and values and ways of thinking. This site, at least in the US, is mostly comprised of mongers passing along information, and that's all we're trying to do here is help each other out. That's what the ability to post mug shots was, a way to help others out with information, not to scorn someone.

And one final humorous note, you mentioned something about posting mug shots benefitted perverts, if you will look around the site, at least in the United States forums, I believe that's about all we've got here anyway, lol.

Just thought I would throw in my opinion. I don't believe any posted pics of SW girls hurts them - they probably actually benefit from the publicity. It is helpful for hobbiests to be able to ID these ladies, whether to chose certain traits and/or to help in avoiding LE decoys.

Your posts on this forum have always been of immense help to me and have saved me from wasting time and/or money. The more important thing is that I have been personally safer because of some of your reports. The mugshots were a part of that. This forum serves the users of the service, not the providers. Helping each other avoid unsafe situations is the noblest, and probably the only noble, activity here. Thanks again, Clark for all the help in the past. We will miss the mugshot posts and will be less safe without them.

RJM, you know that if someone doesn't have money for bond, or no one willing to pay it for them, then the 'system' is going to keep you in there just to prove a point. I see people arrested and in jail all the time for minor and petty things. The majority of people in jail are for minor misdemeanors, they just don't have the money for the fine. If you watch Cops or Jail for any length of time, you'll see the stupid things people get arrested for, and harassed about. And alot of cops are clueless about things to begin with. So are the judges. Alot of judges only have half the story, or don't know any of the story, and just go along with what the DA says, and then there's some who have a vendetta out on society and want to persecute everyone that comes before them. Some people need the persecution, but some people don't.

I got a ticket recently and the cop who stopped me couldn't even tell me the street names where he claimed I did what he claimed, nor did he even know that minor traffic violations don't require you to show up in court. The idiot started telling me when my court date was, then had to ask his partner if it was something I could just pay through the mail. I tried asking him where it was he claimed I did what he said, and he had no idea what the street names were and couldn't tell me whether it was right behind us or what. What an idiot, if everyone who did what he claimed I did had to appear in court we'd be backed up on traffic court cases until 2027. Feel real proud when you see those graduating classes of cops each year, they're getting more dumb in the ass each year. Anytime I've ever gotten a ticket, the cops have never known ANYTHING about the cost of the ticket or court dates, half the time the date is wrong or you can't read it, and they always hand you a copy that you can't read. The cost I can understand, but anything else is fair game. They should at least know the cost for paying them off, lol. If cops are going to hand out tickets, they should at least be informed as to the information regarding court and how to pay your ticket and the like if anyone asks, after all, it's their ignorant asses that are giving them out. Insert my previously posted comment about cops here, dumbass and his partner at the front of the line.

Clark has never posted mug shots to satisfy his "anger against women." He has only done it for identification so that we know who we are all talking about.

I've also never see anyone do it out of anger. We need to know who these women are. Especially the ones that are dangerous. In the Huntsville forum a guy had a girl pull a knife on him. I sure want to know what she looks like so I don't ever pick her up when I'm in the area.

I spent some time with Neveah this weekend, it was my second time with her, and I must say both times were good experiences for me. The reason I say good experiences for me is because there has been poor reviews of her on this site about her looks not being as advertised which is why I had been hesitant to try her. Well from what I can tell the pics are her and young she is. I'm sort of new to the escort side of this business and I get a lot of insightful information from this forum which I use in making my selection, as I'm sure others do to, so those with an axe to grind find another forum to report on and leave this one for the real mean.
