Anyone have experience using dental dams on a provider or having them use one to give you a rim job. If so any issues? Thanks HD.
I'm NOT making any allegations here. Simply asking a general question here.
I haven't picked up a SW in 30 years. I've read some hot stories on here. I have to ask, with all the BBBJ stories I've read, has anyone on here ever caught any STD's by receiving a BBBJ from a SW? I am intrigued and curious and thinking about trying this again. I am married and concerned though about the risk of BBBJ and STD's.
Thanks.
I caught something from BBBJ a long time ago, and several others on the forums have reported getting burned by BBBJ. It's moderate risk. It's been a long time since I've gotten a good throat job. Risks are too high for me.

Some people insist on using protection some do not. Thus goes for both customers and providers.
What? This might be a little' off-topic but I hope the mods will forgive me by educating you a tad bit since obviously STIs / STDs are important to know about on this forum. Aside from your aforementioned HIV / herpes, everything else IS NOT curable.
I once knew an escort who was this exact same way: "What? Other than AIDS or herpes, everything else is curable by the doc, you'll be fine. " Like. Bruh. 2022 and technology is at your disposal but yet you decide to post something so ignorant instead of doing a simple google search beforehand.
Hepatitis A is NOT curable.
Hepatitis B is NOT curable.
HPV (genital warts and private area cancer) is NOT curable.
You, among other people, commonly confuse vaccines with cures. There are vaccines for HEP & HPV available now to help PREVENT you contracting the STDs, but there is no CURE once you get / if you get any of them.
You're also probably confusing STIs & STDs. STIs are more than likely bacterial infections which are curable by taking antibiotics. STDs are mostly viral infections, I. E, viruses. Most viruses cannot be cured and obviously you can't use antibiotics on them because they're not of bacterial origin. The only STD that I know of that is a viral infection that can be cured at this time is Hepatitis C.
Yeah, OK. So just how prevalent is Hep A?
Looks like 5. 7 cases per 100,000 of population or 0. 0057% of people in the USA have it.

So just how prevalent is Hep B?
Looks like 1. 0 cases per 100,000 of population or 0. 001%.
https://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/statistics/2019surveillance/HepB.htm
Lifetime odds of death for Motor-vehicle crash is 1 in 101, or 0. 99%.

So how much risk is an acceptable risk? Seems like everyone has their own measures or evaluations.
The numerous time I have queried licensed, regulated, degreed health care professionals on the subject of STIs and STDs I have frequently heard the "nothing will kill you" comment. Along with that needs to be a discussion of transmissibility or how easily an foreign body transmits from female to male. HC professions point out that the skin is a pretty good protective barrier as long as it is intact. Add to that a condom and transmission rates are almost non-existant. But hey, do BBFS anal or stick yer tongue up some girl's ass and all statistics go out the window.
So the only way to be 100% safe from all of those diseases you mentioned is to only have sex in a committed, totally monogamous relationship with a tested clean partner. After all condoms aren't going to prevent you (to a 100% level) against warts.
Just saying.
How are you guys not worried about stds when it comes to bb?? I am worried sick when offered a covered BJ. Do you guys just not care or maybe your convinced they don't have any for some reason?? Sorry to sound ignorant but I am seriously so curious about this LOL and please honest answers only.

Probably 10 random dudes before me. I'm more concerned about that, than any other bb service. Yup, Makes no sense.

Just saying.
Of course, those are general population statistics. The differences between sub populations can be vastly different. The chances of a 35 year old housewife with 10 lifetime sexual partners having herpes would be so much lower than a prostitute who openly accepts a little extra for bareback sex. And of course that prostitute is in turn self-selecting for high risk clients who seek out bareback sex with other providers.
I scooped Cheyenne / Shannon or w / e name she uses by the circle last night right off ramsay, hadn't seen her in a long while. She of course wanted to get some candy beforehand then we go to my place afterward. She of course wanted to do her stuff first so I give a little time which turns into almost an hour as she now is just mostly nodding off at this point and has her shit all over the floor in a mess. I decide to just cancel and take her back since she couldn't seem to get it together so I start picking up her stuff and putting it into her bag and saw some papers in there and decide to be a little nosy. One of the papers was a discharge diagnosis of human immunodeficiency virus. Needless to say I won't be dating her anymore, even though I'm on prep truvada daily already so I probably would have been fine had I done the date but for everyone else I'm posting this as a warning to everyone since I know she goes raw. I would advise not to even wear a condom with someone you know is positive since it is not 100% to prevent transmission. She has tattoos on the side of her arm.
Guys,
1) hiv, hsv2, and other stds are EXTREMELY common among the girls. And their mongers. Don't kid yourself and think your girl is special. If you're barebacking, then you're accepting a certain amount of risk.
2) if you are barebacking. Or even if you're just a frequent flyer thru SW Bmore, then do yourself a favor and take PrEP. You can basically order the shit online. I've even suggested it to one of the more functional girls I know.
3) condoms are pretty good but don't protect you as well from hsv2.
Are we talking about no gag reflex deep throat Cheyenne. About 5'8" ? The girl in the picture looks like her but she's got her hair short now and its hard to be sure.

Straight people normally get STDs somewhat but at a much much lower rate than gay guys because gay dudes are blasting each other's asses constantly whereas women on average put the brakes on the male sex drive so it slows the spread. We can all see from the recent monkeypox epidemic that gay dudes can really unleash the beast when a new STD shows up.
Sex workers are obviously getting blasted multiple times a day like a gay dude at a pride orgy. With CFS at least there is very little risk no matter how busy she is. But with BBFS, she's getting blasted CIP by maybe 4-8 guys a day. On top of that, you have to remember that BBFS-seekers are self-selected to be more likely to have STDs (since if you already have it, you're not as scared to catch it) not a random sample. What's doubly crazy is that a pretty large majority of Kgirls are offering BBFS upcharges now, whereas a few years ago you never saw it. It's becoming like an industry standard. That seems so crazy to me.
So my question is this: (1) how tf are these girls not getting lit up with STDs? And (2) how are guys not catching stuff and then getting blown up in their marriages or with their girlfriends when they inevitably pass it on?
I get that some STDs are relatively benign or temporary so people just get meds and don't care that much, but other less common ones can be pretty serious. I'm not trying to hate on or shame anyone, I'm just trying to understand from the perspective of men who are into this, why it doesn't scare the shit out of them. It seems like Russian roulette with your dick. Am I just being paranoid or what.
He probably mistyped something. Rule of thumb is that you don't mess with anyone with untreated or undertreated communicable diseases. Condoms, PREP truvada and other safety measures are based on two mostly healthy people having sex AND perfectly following instructions. Unfortunately that's not real life, especially with addicts or very sick people.
Immune compromised people that aren't properly medicated are likely to catch even more diseases and have over exaggerated symptoms. People with untreated HIV can have really bad immune symptoms, so they're much more likely to catch even more STDs like chlamydia, syphilis or genital warts that they might have fought off when they're healthy.
People with uncontrolled HIV (like drug addicts that forget about or can't afford treatments) can also catch and transmit some really weird shit. Imagine that you come home with tuberculosis, chicken pox, measles or mumps after you enjoyed a SW in your backseat? Seriously, on rare occasions, people with end-stage AIDS can catch some medieval era shit like the bubonic plague. And once they're in full blown AIDS these people can grow bleeding sores that can rub on your unprotected skin. Condoms and HIV preventative drugs can't save you from a sick person with who knows how many diseases that's coughing, sneezing or bleeding on you.
Good info for consideration!
To the tenth power for injectors! The worker mentioned is an injector who has had a grotesque open wound on her arm. She at least usually has it wrapped.
I use to punish all three of her pleasure holes. I get a full std panel every 60-90 days.
She didn't give me anything, still D&D free! Thank God!
Haven't fooled with her in months. She's driving now. I actually like her for most part and am saddened about her status. As NF informed, hiv doesn't have to be a death sentence for people that maintain health and proper medication use.
The meds now put the virus all the way into undetectable and untransmitable.
Addicts in active addiction, especially these addicted sex workers 95-99% of time put health DFL!
WRAP UP! It's not that bad, you get used to it.
I talk to a lot of the girls on the regular. They know they can come to me for help when they need it. IO provide rides to the hospital or express care, etc, I'm even the emergency contact for a handful of them because they have no one else. Although I try to keep things to one or two regular girls, they will pass info on to me about who rips people off, who can be trusted, who is doing this or that.
Anyway, it appears that there is an infected monger who is going through the girls bareback like no one's business. This infects other mongers sometimes and makes things spread faster. I have taken many girls to Bon Secaur, express care and talked to others that called Sparks (an agency that caters to women on the street and of lower income.) anyway.
Two words, chlamydia and gonnoria.
Easy to treat, even easier to avoid. Cover up.
I like shooting a nice big nut deep into an unprotected pussy as much as the next guy. But that's one conversation I don't want to have with my wife.

You can easily treat self treat to spare yourself a doctor's visit or even give a girl you know has something meds. They can be bought online. Ciprofloxacin and Azithromycin
