As an added safety measure, perhaps a good plan of action, rather than passing out this type of information to the general public on the site, is to have a well-known, well-respected provider (or set of providers) verify that the information is not falling to individuals or groups where the information would be of harm to those placing it. A less detailed version could certainly be posted for general consumption as an etiquette guide (though there are other guides similar to that freely available), but for those, like myself, who are familiar with the basics and just beginning our journeys, details would be very, VERY warmly welcomed.

The rules don't really address the LEO check and maybe that's because if the girl actually gets in your car, she's not a cop. Normally most will not go through with most of the stuff and settle for a lesser included offense of solicitation instead of prostitution, but that don't mean that groping is off the table.

I like the "ask a senior" idea. I typically go to 3 nuts because I have read his post and when he says something is 3 nutz approved it always practical and accurate. I would love to spread my questions around. I think this system should be built around private messaging so we can minimize unwanted exposure.

Keep in mind that the LEO check will only reduce the chance of being busted. Cops can break the law to make an arrest, including fucking, although they tend to avoid it. Police departments tend to avoid bad publicity, associated with what they can do to make the arrest.

I have NEVER scooped a UC gal posing as a SW, who got in car and allowed the "checks". Not yet anyways. Hawaii just passed the same law, which allows their officer to have sex while undercover to make a case of prostitution. However, as you say most departments do not want their officers engaging in sexual intercourse, so instead they make the case for solicitation, rather than prostitution. They do not have to tell you they are a cop, they can lie to you. All the stuff is Hollywood garbage.
