Let's say a guy has a room or a place that he rents that is convenient, solitude, and safe. This person lets another guy and a SWer, CG Escort or what ever you want to call it. So he lets the two know hey use my spot, instead of going to the hotel. Lets say he charges 20-30 for the spot and they could do whatever they want but he doesn't know or ask is that Illegal? I mean motels do it they know what goes on so could that one person get in trouble? Opinions please or even facts are all welcomed but no B. S. Answers please thanks.

When my gf, and I went to New Zealand for 3 weeks, two years ago. We had a motel in central Christchurch, and she would take afternoon naps and I went out for walks. I saw a massage parlor, went inside just to joke. But I found out that prostitution was made legal, I think in 2004. The receptionist said a massage is 50 NZ dollars (about 40 US) , and sex was 50NZ more. I had my choice of 5 young women, in most of the mps. Each afternoon, after my discovery, I went to the mps, there are about 15 in Christchurch, and they are about 95% white, with some Maori. I also went to an afternoon orgy, which cost 200NZ, about 160 US. There are weekend evening orgies for about 250NZ, with a lot of attendance. In the newspaper, there was a daily column of escorts that was a page and a half. Since its legal, there were housewifes, waitresses, librarians, etc, of all ages, and about 80 to 100 NZ dollars. They will send email pics to you. In the pubs you can pick a girl up real easy. THe girls are just required to have a health certificate, and the testing is free. NZ now has a super low rate of sex crimes, almost no pimps, std's are also very low. One of the mps is an exclusive men's club, and the girls are young, gorgeous, and about 200NZ. The problem with goi ng to NZ is that the airfare is about $1, 100. I just happened to find out about the escort scene by accident, a lucky one. Oh, yeah, the city busses are free in Christchurch. Maybe a group of guys could go down. It is legal.

Technically that would be illegal since you are using a house for the purpose of prostitution, even if you claim you don't know what the guy and SW are doing in there. But the cops would have a tough time proving anything unless they got you to incriminate yourself. They probably wouldn't want to do that anyway since it could set a precedent where hotels are responsible for what the guests do in their rooms, and that would pretty much be the death of Vegas. So I don't think you'd have to worry too much about getting arrested unless you do something really stupid like rent out the room to an undercover LEO.

But it would almost definitely be against your signed rental agreement. Unless the landlord specifically allows subletting (and not many do) , charging other people for the use of your place for any amount of time will violate your lease and you'll be evicted if you get caught doing it. This eviction will show up in future tenant screenings and will hurt your credit rating. They may even call the cops if they notice strange people constantly entering and leaving your house. You'll also be responsible for any damage that the guy and the SW do while they're using your place, and that could end up costing you more than the $20 you make from renting it out.

You would basically be basically running an unlicensed brothel. You could probably get away with it for a while, but it would catch up to you. Something as simple as too many different cars passing through, or someone decides they want to smoke a joint, or some minor or major drama between SW and John and the gig is up. Not worth it.

I know all the preachers would be thumping their Bibles, but it would knock out a lot of the pimps, and lower the rate of std's. But it would be a great political hurdle. In New Zealand, the capitol is Wellington, which is a bit smaller than Christchurch, and Auckland. 3 times larger than either.., but the capitol, Wellington, has the most AMPs, I guess so the politicians can have some playtime, LOL.

The people who write the laws write them for their own benefit. These parasites get rich defending, prosecuting, and jailing people for these non-violent offenses. The drug war is the most egregious farce of them all. It does no good for society and only brings crime and exploitation. Do you really think the Clintons went after big tobacco to protect our children or was it a reward to all of the trial attorneys who helped put them in office? If drugs were decriminalized and some were made legal, the violence in our cities and borders would all but vanish. But that does not benefit the lawyer parasites so it will not change anytime soon. The same goes for prostitution.

Anyone know of any cheap hotels / motels / notels? I know there's one on Vegas BLVD for 26. 00 but can't remember the names also any favorite hotels you guys have?

They're not high class, but if all you want is a place to crash for a while it's tough to beat their prices. Sometimes if I'm in Vegas on business or traveling with someone I'll go ahead and rent a second room at one of those places, just so I can bring a CG back and not have to worry about bumping into my travel companion or having her steal something important.

I was downtown had a couple to drink got drunk really bad and felt like I needed to get a cab ride home, it was 35 dollars to get home gave the guy 4 dollars as a tip when I get out of the car he burned rubber like he was pissed was I wrong.

I'm not a big believer in tipping (socialism amirite?) , but four or five bucks on a $35 ride is very reasonable. Maybe taking him out to the suburbs on a weekend night was not what he really wanted to do. I think they make more money doing shuttles up and down the strip and downtown on a weekend night than one long trip. He was probably just in a hurry to get back downtown. Also, if your employer doesn't want to pay you a fair wage and relies on the customer to subsidize them and the employee is OK with this, then the employee has no right to complain.
