Thanks to the guidance of this board, I finally noticed my first SW. Was cruising east on Holt right before Ramona headed to pick up something from my friend's autoshop, and say a black lady sitting at a bus stop. She smiled at me as I went by, and I wondered "hmm. BSW?" She had the look, so after picking up the part, I headed back down the same way to see if she was still there. Sure enough, she had moved bus stops and was on the opposite side of the street, still staring at cars. Didn't see any LE, and the light changed before I could whip out the cell phone camera and take a pic. Didn't partake because I was wasn't overly interested in her, but thrilled that I finally noticed one.
