No ghetto mess, no hotel with folks hiding in the bathroom. Its a brand new condo subdivision. And she was very sweet and attentive. Even at a CAMP its 60-80 for an hour and if you tip well its at least $100-120 out the door. And I believe you can respectfully negotiate her price down because the market is tough for them. Pay no attention to her listed rates. I even spoke to her about that because no way would I pay $150 for an hour and only get HJ. She was receptive to it. I may go see her again today! LOL.
