"Sugarbabies" / "Arrangements" Amateurs or Not?

I'm seeing a lot of this too. More so than in the past. Particularly odd to me too because usually they are the aggressors, pushing to trade digits and set up a meeting then they give you the run around.

Had one that this went on for over a month and she started hitting me up for stuff. Needed a tow truck, order her food delivery, etc. (of course I didn't oblige, if she can't bother to show up, eff her!

I think it's in part because word of mouth is spreading about SA. More and more girls are on it because their friends told them about it or whatever. They aren't serious about doing and they have no idea what it really entails.

So yes. SA is good but it's a lot of work, far more than expected or should be.

Has anyone noticed how many new SB profiles there are the last few days on SA? Seems like 10 or 12 a day in the RVA. Is it just becoming more acceptable? Are they fakes bc I haven't paid for premium in the last couple months? Is it a holiday thing?

See my post a couple of days ago. I believe the balance has recently shifted on SA in favor of the girls. You get the run-around because she's talking to a hundred SD at once and she couldn't care less to blow you off.

And don't tell me "there are xx SDs in my area and yy SBs". Most guys hide their profile from the public search and only reach out when they see something they like. For every public SD there are 3, 5, or 10 that are hidden.

The site isn't for everyone and when it becomes to much effort or there is to much competition that I couldn't compete with then I wouldn't give them my $80 a month. I don't get the hidden profile theory in that it doesn't allow girls that would be interested to see your profile, the theory that they only come out for girls that they are interested in doesn't work because its not BP so if the girls not interested or a flake then you have wasted whatever days one has been in hiding. Remember the girls have to wade through the same amount if not more flakes, scammers, texting buddies and pic collectors. Jmho or 2 cents.

But I don't think it has anything to do with whether my profile is hidden or not. Most of them arent even in the area or the US for that matter.

And I agree that the "better" ones already have their inboxes overflowing. I think that's the primary reason so few respond. My guess is that since they are amateurs they are looking for something specific to make the idea more palatable. Tall, under 40, tattoos, income. Whatever.

In any case I favorite any that fit my search criteria and message the ones that seem legit and possibly interested in someone like me. I get about a 10% response rate by message but few of those turn in to a first date and fewer in to an arrangement. Still better percentages than the bar scene especially for someone my age looking for someone much younger.

Since its an active topic here, I have been using it for a couple years and I got a message from a very intriguing SB today I decided to renew my SA membership and will post some statistics so folks can maybe get an idea of how things happen on SA.

I hadn't renewed my membership in 2 months and had 13 messages in my inbox that I couldn't read. 4 were responses to messages I sent a couple months ago and the rest were girls who found me by search. Of the 4, 1 has since deleted her account but the other 3 show as active within the last couple days. I replied but the replies have not yet been read. That is typical. It can sometimes take days for an SB to read messages and sometimes they never do.

Of the other 9 only 1 fits my preferences so I responded to her. The others I probably won't respond to.

Over the last couple months even though I did not have premium I did log in and search periodically and had 37 profiles that I had favorited. Of those 34 have been active in the last 2 days so I messaged all of them.

So far 10 of the messages have been read but only 1 response. Luckily the response is from the very intriguing young lady that spurred me to renew my membership!

My guess is that I might get responses from 2 of the other 9 if I'm lucky. Hard to say how many of the others will be read or responded to but I'm sure the percentage will be quite low.

Ill try to keep posted what my stats are as I have time.

I've always been on the edge seeking a SB. I always find myself thinking, is it worth it? Between signing up for SA, setting up an, account, searching for a SB, sending messages out to what I imagine is a large number of SBs, getting responses on just a few of the messages, meeting up with the SB, flakes, having different financial goals in mind, etc. Is it really worth it in the end?

I am sure it differs depending on the time commitment and the financial resources, but does anyone have any input?

Its time consuming depending on what your looking for. Spend the bucks and try it for a month. If your not hooked then don't renew. There is something for everyone there.

I think there are a number of factors that you have to consider when deciding if the bowl is for you:

- How much time are you willing to spend (searching, messaging, meeting, wining, dining, etc)?

- How much money are you willing to spend (entertainment, gifts, hotel, allowance, etc)?

- How good is your game? (age, conversation, looks, etc)?

- How good are you at sensing and dealing with BS (streetsmarts and patience)?

- What type of relationship are you looking for (escort, utr, companion, classic SB, SB / GF, long term, short term, etc)?

- How often do you want to meet?

- How discreet do you need to be (what's at risk. SO, job, reputation, etc)?

Depending on your answers, the bowl may or may not be for you.

If you have limited time, limited money, little game, lack street smarts or get overly frustrated with BS, are looking for a one time hook-up and need to be very discreet than the bowl is probably not for you.

The more time, money, street smarts, patience and game you have the better your experience will be. There is no better option for finding beautiful young women willing to be "girlfriends for hire" with all the associated perks....and risks.

I personally have had great experiences, but not without plenty of flakes and a few attempted scams as well. I take breaks for periods of time just to make sure I'm still in control. The bowl can be a very addicting and expensive hobby.
