A while back, I thought I might have caught something. I told my doc. He said "no need to waste time with a test. " Got my shot. No questions on partners. No health department.

His guess by what the health department person alluded to was the person he encountered gave them his plate number. If you question this, please call the health department yourself then report back what avenues they can use to follow up with for the 2 most serious std's.

Your doctor gave you a pass! By not testing he does not have to report any findings! Dah! By treating he can document prophylactic treatment which according to state law does not have to be reported. If you question this please again follow up with health department on which positive tests have to be reported to the state! And what prophylactic treatment does not!

The request of presence was to be tested for a specific std, which came back positive and resulted in a penicillin shot. Guess I should have spelled each detail better instead of a cliff note version.

They will get a court order demanding you provide a paternity test sample and / or DNA. If she didn't get enough identifying date to track you down, AND she gets a judge who likes to really put the screws to men, the judge can run the baby's dna through some of the DNA databases that are used for people who want to research their family backgrounds. You know, the ones they advertise on TV. These databases are becoming quite large. And all they have to do is find a close enough match that could be one of your family members. They narrow it down from there. If she gets child support money from the gestapo they will have the resources to do the work. Admittedly it is a lot of work. Maybe not likely but extremely possible.

The ORC has had those worksheet guidelines since at least the 80's, when I used them to figure out what I was going to have to pay. And as for attaching income, as soon as you work a straight job and your employer withholds taxes, they will send that employer a notice of withholding where the employer will attach your wages and send that money to child support. This would of course be after some judge had held a hearing and determined that you were the father, etc,. Its a process.

What's with some of these providers not washing up before having a visitor? Tired of hitting it from the back only to get a whiff of an unpleasant smell, totally turns me off.
