They have NOT worked their way up to gain experience for the high (er) end market. They're flying by the seat of their pants and being told what to do, right or wrong. She may not be a scam but got sold that she belongs at the high end.
At best, she may be great in the sack but with no other skills or experience in indy operations (marketing, screening, people skills, etc.), she won't get to that higher level. They just see dollar signs and taking the shortcut method.
