Contact less resistant bookers like K T E, Los Angeles Asian. Com. Some bookers are a little hungry right now. Be upfront and let them know you don't have references and ask is there another way to verify. You can always suggest work email as a way to verify; it has worked for me when the booker did not receive any verification from my references. You can always ask if a selfie and a pic of yer I D (with pertinent info blocked) can work for verification. I try to never do this for obvious reasons, it depends on how hungry you are to make it in the door. Once you are in with a few orgs you can try the Palace again. I hope this helps and does not piss others off.
