When I got in, she was dressed in sweats and watching TV. She made not attempt at small talk, just walked back to the bed, sat down and continued watching tv. I don't bother either. The aggravation is not worth it. If they have no respect for your time and efforts (and providing their paycheck) Then it's best to save your hard earned funds for a reputable provider that will confirm a time and stick to it and probably only see 1-2 on any day.
